All orders are processed in GBP. Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and ATID will take place on the dispatch of the products ordered by you, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it.
Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
The product you ordered being unavailable from stock / Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment / The identification of a pricing or product description error / You not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out in the Terms & Conditions.
If there are any problems with your order, you will be contacted by a member of our team.
Please take care to enter your delivery address correctly as we cannot be held responsible for any undelivered parcels or parcels delayed in transit due to incorrect address details being provided to us.
We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure but, in the absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Website.
If you wish to cancel an order, you may do so by contacting us immediately via email at store@atid.uk. If the order has already been dispatched at the time of your cancellation request, we ask that you return the goods to us once they have been delivered, at your own cost using a traceable method at your own discretion. We cannot be responsible for any items sent back to us that do not arrive.
If you have changed your mind about keeping your purchase, please return it in its original condition and we will exchange or refund it. Unless faulty, this should be within 14 days of receiving your order. You will have to return the item at your own cost and when necessary provide proof of postage. We will process the refund as soon as the item has been returned to us.
